I'm ready for my new family!

Meet Saffron, a gentle and affectionate beagle mix with a story that will tug at your heart. This sweet girl was sadly abandoned at a house in the country, where she patiently waited for someone to come back for her. After two weeks with no sign of her people, it became clear that Saffron needed a fresh start and a second chance.

Petite with short legs and weighing in at 28 pounds, Saffron has all the charm of a classic beagle but might have a little something extra in the mix. At around 7 years old, she’s the perfect blend of mellow and loving. She’s heartworm negative and currently undergoing treatment for Anaplasma, a tick-borne illness. She also has a small hernia that will be repaired during her spay surgery, scheduled for May 7th.

Saffron is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and has been fecal tested. She hasn’t been around cats or children while in our care, but she gets along well with other dogs. Most importantly, she’s ready to find a forever home where she can feel safe, valued, and adored.
