💗 Bonded Pair Seeking Forever Home — Must Stay Together 💗
Meet Josie and Tipper, two sweet senior girls who have been through a lot together and need a home where they can stay side by side for the rest of their lives.
🐶 Josie is a Chihuahua
🐶 Tipper is a Beagle
✨ Both are spayed females
These girls are up to date on care and ready for their next chapter:
Recent rabies, bordetella, and DHLPP vaccines
Fecal test & heartworm test completed
Ages (approximate):
Unfortunately, we have conflicting information about their ages. Based on what we know:
Josie is estimated to be 5–8 years old
Tipper is more uncertain — her current owner estimates 7 years, while vet paperwork lists 8–9 years and even 13 years
Given their history and condition, we are leaning toward the upper age ranges for both girls. We wish we had clearer answers, but this is all the information available to us.
Josie and Tipper have had a hard life, but through it all, they’ve had each other. Their current owner is moving overseas soon and is unable to take them along. We want to make sure these girls land softly in a loving, stable home.
📍 Currently in Tennessee
✈️ Working to bring them to the Seattle area as soon as possible
🏡 A lovely foster home is already waiting to welcome them
We’ve been told they are sweeties, though we don’t yet have details on:
Cats
Kids (any age)
Other dogs
As we learn more about them, we’ll be sure to update their profile.
🐾 Seattle Beagle Rescue is happy to help these bonded girls find the loving forever home they deserve. If you have room in your heart and home for two seniors who just want to stay together, Josie and Tipper would love to meet you.
📩 Please reach out to Seattle Beagle Rescue to learn more or apply to adopt.
Please note: Our rescue is foster-based and cannot hold dogs for future adoption due to travel, home renovations, or schedule changes. Adopters must be prepared to welcome their new companion within a reasonable timeframe.
We do our best to ensure every dog is as healthy and prepared as possible, but we ask adopters to understand that rescue dogs may need time to decompress and adjust. They are not perfect — they are simply in need of patience, understanding, and a second chance.
