I'm ready for my new family!

Abby was found as a stray in Missouri. Sadly no one claimed her and she was not microchipped. This however is good news for us and Abby since we can help her find her loving forever home in the Pacific Northwest. Abby will need  to be spayed.  The current guess is that Abby is around 6 years old, an weighs about 22 pounds. Abby is staying with an amazing foster in the St. Louis area. She recently completed her treatment for heartworm & has tested negative!! YAHOO!!! Now Abby will be spayed and have a hernia repair. She will be able to travel to the PNW mid-September.

Abby is good with other dogs. We have no knowledge of children or cats.

Abby likes to know where her people are at all times. When her foster leaves the house she sticks her head between the blinds to watch. After that she settles down. Abby does not like to be in a crate. She will howl and try to get out. She is generally a calm and quiet dog if not crated.
