Meet Beauty – A Sweet Soul Searching for Her Forever Home (PENDING ADOPTION)

Beauty’s story is one of resilience and hope. This approximately 2-year-old beagle mix, weighing in at a petite 27.4 pounds, was found as a stray. While her second owners were contacted, they sadly chose not to take her back. But despite the rough start, Beauty hasn’t let that dim her spirit.

Currently fostered in St. Louis, Beauty is thriving in a home with other beagles. She absolutely loves to run and play with her canine friends, and we believe she’d be happiest in a home with another dog to keep her company. She had a successful introduction to a cat at the vet’s office, which is a good sign, though we don’t yet know how she’d do living with one full-time. We also don’t have information yet on how she interacts with children, but we’ll continue to update her profile as we learn more.

Beauty is up to date on her vaccines, microchipped, and has been spayed (as confirmed by shelter staff based on a visible scar). She’ll be ready to head to her forever home after receiving her vaccine boosters on September 17.
