Etta is a very sweet dog. She gets along excellent with other dogs.. Etta came to us from a high kill, overcrowded shelter. At her vet exam we discovered Etta was pregnant. After delivering and caring for 5 beagle mix puppies. Etta has decided she is finished with raising babies and now it’s her turn. Etta is discovering toys and loves to take the toys from the puppy pen and hoard them. 

Etta is thought to be about 5. She is very sweet and loves everyone. She doesn’t mind other dogs but she has no interest in interacting or playing, She wants to be by people. Etta loves to chase squirrels and birds so probably no cats. She is mostly house trained but she is very quiet and will stand by the door but not do anything to draw attention to her need to get out. 
Etta would be fine with children.  She is not hostile to other dogs but is indifferent to them, although just recently Etta has starting sleeping on the couch next to one of the foster’s beagles. We think she might like to play but doesn’t know how.
