I've found my furever family!

PENDING ADOPTION! Katie is a 4 year old sweetie residing in an out of state foster home while completing treatment for heartworm. Washington State does not allow entry of heartworm positive dogs so Katie will not travel until treatment is completed and she has a negative test. 

Katie's foster parents are wonderful and helping her learn so much about being a beagle. Katie is learning to be comfortable when crated. She likes to be close to her people and to sleep by the resident beagle in the home. Heartworm treatment will take several months (started protocol May 3rd 2024) and when that is complete, Katie will need to be spayed prior to travel. We will continue to update her progress here.
