Meet Lilly – A Sweet Senior Girl Looking for Her Golden Years Home!

Lilly is a loving, gentle soul who’s looking for a wonderful home to spend her golden years. Around 8 years old, she lost her owner and was taken in by a kind person who helped her find SBR and her new family. Despite her age, Lilly still has plenty of love and life to share.

She’s calm, affectionate, and a real sweetheart who loves to give kisses and snuggle up. Lilly is great with dogs and kids, but she has a history of chasing cats, so no small critters in her new home, please!

Lilly is spayed and has a bit of extra weight, weighing in at 35.2 lbs. She also has a Grade 2 systolic heart murmur, but the vet assures us that it won't be an issue for travel or her daily life. She's heartworm negative and will be getting her vaccines, fecal test, and microchip on February 18th.

Though she has a tendency to drink water excessively (which can make her a bit sick), she’s a joy to be around, and with a little water management, she’s good to go.

Lilly does get nervous around thunder, but who wouldn’t? She just wants a peaceful, loving home where she can enjoy the rest of her days. She truly deserves a place where she can be pampered and cared for as much as she’s cared for her past owner.
