🐾 Meet Ned – Your Snorty, Snuggly Best Friend! 🐾
Say hello to Ned, a lovable little guy who came to the Pacific Northwest as part of the annual Operation Frodo rescue transport, all the way from Omaha! Ned has settled right in and is ready to find his forever home.
Ned, at 19lbs, has a sweet, loving personality and absolutely adores attention. He loves to play with dogs and shows just how friendly and social he is. True to his beagle roots, Ned is very food-motivated, which makes bonding and training even more fun. We don't have information on interaction with kids or cats.
One of Ned’s most charming (and hilarious) traits? He snores and snorts when he’s sniffing around—like a tiny pig 🐷💙. It’s impossible not to smile around him.
🚗 Car rides: Ned is an okay car rider, but he’s not a fan of the kennel. His ideal road trip spot? He would prefer to be on a lap, but for safety sakes he needs a seat belt harness.
🏡 Home life: Ned will make an amazing best friend, but he does have a bit of an explorer’s spirit. He is a fence climber and a runner, so his new home will need to be “Ned-proof”—with a secure fence he can’t climb or escape. Frequent walks will also help satisfy his curiosity and love of adventure.
If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate, playful companion with a big heart and an even bigger personality, Ned just might be your perfect match. 💛🐶
Ned is neutered, microchipped and up to date on his vaccines.

Please note: Our rescue is foster-based and cannot hold dogs for future adoption due to travel, home renovations, or schedule changes. Adopters must be prepared to welcome their new companion within a reasonable timeframe.
We do our best to ensure every dog is as healthy and prepared as possible, but we ask adopters to understand that rescue dogs may need time to decompress and adjust. They are not perfect — they are simply in need of patience, understanding, and a second chance.
