Meet Weston – A Shy but Sweet Boy Looking for His Forever Home

Weston is a 6-7 month old male who was recently released from a breeder situation, and while he’s still very shy and nervous, he has so much potential to be a loving companion in the right home. Currently weighing 17 pounds, Weston is still adjusting to the world around him, but with the right patience and understanding, he will thrive in a quiet, loving environment.

Weston is scheduled to receive his initial vaccines on 3/18/25, and he will also be microchipped and fecal tested prior to traveling to Seattle. Weston is currently located in St. Louis, but once he’s ready, he’ll be making his way to the Pacific Northwest for his forever family.

This sweet boy is definitely a work in progress. He will need a patient, calm, and understanding home where he can continue to build trust. Weston would likely do best in a home with older children, as fast movements or loud noises might be overwhelming for him at this stage. He is very shut down right now and will need time to adjust to a new environment. But with consistency and a lot of love, Weston will blossom into the sweet, affectionate pup we know he can be.

Weston will be neutered once he’s old enough, but in the meantime, he’s taking his first steps toward a brighter future. As we learn more about this gentle boy, we’ll continue to update his post.
